Everyone at this Starbucks was super friendly. Despite working through a mechanical issue and a language barrier with one of the guests, the entire staff came off as exceptionally friendly as well as efficient. It's always nice when the staff can make you feel welcome, even at a chain.

The customer service was great but why is Starbucks so pricey? I also wasn't a huge fan of the pumpkin bread slice that I got. It was sorta doughy. It didn't taste fresh.

I've been to this location countless times in the past few days & kept searching for it to review & couldn't find it, so I added it!! Each time I was helped by different baristas & each time they were friendlier than the last! Today, I opened the door to hear, "Merry Christmas Miss!" The two young gentleman wearing Santa hats & both in chipper moods!! I am gracious they are open today because I need my morning coffee holiday or not! I gave them a nice tip & they greatly appreciated it since they hadn't made any decaf coffee & I needed a grande for my mother. I waited a couple minutes for it but it didn't bother me because most people clearly are going to want specialty latte drinks today over plain decaf for my mom. Lovely location with friendly staff & delicious coffee & lattes. Awesome!!

While somewhat close to my Altamonte office, not my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff is fine, the beverages are fine, the store is OK. The parking is tough. If I'm jonesing for a Sbux fix mid-workday, I'll usually hit the Cranes Roost (other side of I-4) or the 434 in Longwood location, which is only a few miles from here. The extra few minutes on the road, usually means less aggravation trying to get my coffee.

Always fast and friendly service at this location. They do a good job of keeping it clean and if there is something you don't like about your drink they will promptly make you a new one with a smile on their face.

I'm a Starbucks fan, but this probably their worst location. The quality of the coffee and snack are great including the customer service. They don't have enough inside seating and the outside is all beat up. I rather go to any other store in the area. Ohhh and the parking is even worst.

My least favorite Starbucks. I will drive extra miles to go to other Starbuck's locations to avoid this one. Tables outside are never clean. They have gotten simple breakfast sandwich orders wrong. And, this seems the only Starbucks that allows smoking in their outside seating despite posted signs. This location just feels un-clean.

This is a good place to go to. It's literally right next to my job and its very convenient. Although I would recommend getting here early on the mornings since it tends to get pretty packed, fast (even on the weekends!). The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here.

Service here is not so friendly sometimes. It felt like everyone there was having a bad day or something, no smile on the face, no greetings. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Light blended beverage and also specifically stressed that no whip cream, non-fat milk b/c the barista was like "huh..Light blended?', made me think she didn't know what that was. My drink still came with whip cream!

Chilly!! It's freezing in here but that is nice except when you are hanging out here to do some work. I have had pretty good customer experiences here but then again, sometimes eh. Sometimes I feel like I am interrupting their conversations about their dates the night before, the new video game they were discussing in depth etc etc. I really only get annoyed by that fact when they get my order wrong ie. no whipped cream and I get like extra. It has only happened about 3 times, but still annoying. Anyway, LOVE their drinks though, of course... it's like liquid crack. I do have to say though, working out of a Starbucks for more than 20 min - you leave smelling something fierce of coffee.

I'm a big Starbucks fan and while the quality of the coffee and staff are what you would expect from a Starbucks, parking can be a rare thing to find in this teeny, tiny parking lot. Try to go during odd business hours and you might be able to secure a parking spot without circling around a lot of times.

I frequent Starbucks and I have to say this is the worst one I have ever been to. Consistently bad service makes a huge difference. The workers are not customer friendly as they are always talking loudly to eachother about some inappropriate topic. I just left there with a mediocre latte and a really bad mental image of the employee's ex boyfriend. I give 2 stars simply because I love Starbucks.
